I’m Lohit, a full-stack software engineer with 4+ years of production experience across React and React Native products, TypeScript and Go backends, PostgreSQL and AWS. I ramp on unfamiliar systems and ship from day one — at Turtil that meant taking on a Go backend, an MCP/vector AI layer and a managed-to-self-hosted real-time migration. That also included a Next.js college-management platform and an AI interface that connected institutional knowledge, application APIs and real UI actions. A backend platform designed, built and deployed end to end: chi routing, sqlc with versioned PostgreSQL migrations, Valkey-backed caching, OTP authentication and background jobs, idempotent writes, geofenced delivery zones and live WebSocket tracking — in Docker behind Caddy, with Grafana, Prometheus and Loki for monitoring and alerting.

Turtil (Teachbricks Private Limited) · Hyderabad
Built across Turtil’s product ecosystem: the Next.js/React CMS used by college administrators and staff, and the React Native apps used by students and parents. CMS work covered enrollment, invitations, attendance, timetables, chat and campus operations, plus an AI assistant using MCP, vector retrieval and application tools for contextual answers, API/database calls and real UI actions. I also owned mobile releases, session-based authentication with real-time access control, dedicated WebSocket and background-job services, testing infrastructure, and AWS operations. I moved suitable ECS workloads from Fargate to EC2-backed capacity to reduce cost while preserving autoscaling services for staging and production.
Employed from March 2024 under ICON SOFTWARE INC, transferring to Teachbricks Private Limited in August 2025 with continuity of service.

Offline-first persistence so core features stay usable on poor or absent networks, with attention to scroll and data-fetching performance on low-end devices.
Unit, integration and end-to-end (Maestro) testing with reliable backend seed data, so releases can be validated automatically instead of by hand.
Moved suitable ECS workloads from per-task Fargate to EC2-backed capacity, separated job workers and WebSocket services, and ran four AWS environments with Terraform and full observability.
